Strawberry Chia Jam
Keto friendly- Strawberry Chia jam. This jam is made with Lakanto powder sugar and chia seeds. Once you try this jam you will not go back to the sugar laden jam.

  1. Cube Strawberries. If you like your jam with bigger chunks of fruit, feel free to make bigger cubes. However, if you like a smoother consistency, make smaller cubes
  2. Add the cubed strawberries and Lakanto powder sugar into the pan and cook on medium heat. Stir a couple times. When the mixture starts to boil start to mash the mixture. Cook for 4 to 6 minutes.
  3. Add the Chia seeds and the 1/4 cup of water into a bowl.
  4. Add the Chia mixture into the pan with the strawberries, cook for 2 minutes. Turn the burner off and allow mixture to completely cool
  5. The moment you have been waiting for! After the mixture cools, put the jam into a container and try not to eat it all in one setting. I love the strawberry jam on homemade pancakes. Enjoy the jam with none of the side effects of sugar!
